I am going to Brussels next week for work. Never been there. Any good running spots/routes in city that are scenic or take me through must see areas? Any recomendations on what to see with not much free time? Restauraunts, Bars?
Thanks!

It kind of depends where you are staying. If inside the walls, then the Parc de Bruxelles.
I stayed in the Av. Louise area which was perfect for running, eating and tasting the Belgian nectar of the gods (Orval, Chimay, Westmalle, take your pick). It was about 1K to the parc at the edge of the Foret de Soignes and some fabulous running on packed trails. Just super.
I’d suggest checking out http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,5033,s7-188-193-0-5930-1-1-2,00.html

I think so…check on the map and look for the Foret des Soignes. I’ll have to check at home tonight for exact names.
Delirium Tremens is also a pretty good beer. And Achel. Too many beers, not enough time!
