Thanks. Happy Thanksgiving.

I picked up one for 70.3 Worlds. Thanks Team Zoot!

Just got mine today and right away seems like it will be a lot more airy/comfortable than the wing though it’s definitely an “interesting” fashion choice. Not hard to picture the strange looks I’m going to get at red lights. My wife was on the floor laughing when I tried it on! I was a little surprised, however, there doesn’t seem to be way to store the visor up on the helmet like you can with the wing. Perhaps due to it being considered a time trial helmet vs a tri helmet? Anyhow, something to be aware of.

Thanks for the added info MCM.
Would glasses or curved e.g. rydon sunglasses fit under the visor?
Any plans to make a small version? I have a small head (S/M/L) and starting sizing at 55cm is more like a choice of (M/L).

Saw this pic on another group, so it does look possible, although I’m told you don’t really want to take the visor off and due to it’s size it shouldn’t get in the way of taking the helmet on or off.

Excited for mine to show up on Tuesday.

I can tell you that I just tried some cycling sunglasses under the visor and there was plenty of space, so i think there’s good odds you’ll have space for glasses.

Regarding a smaller smaller size, I haven’t heard of that being in the pipeline.

Yaaaaay!!!

Booooo!!

Well, if you need a small tester for to expand your M/L line, you know where to find one

For those who choose to wear glasses under this thing, a special service announcement:

the visor is upside down in that pic and the magnets engaged are top of the visor. It is kind of stable in that position but you wouldn’t want to have it there at your bike rack in a race. Might be useful for wiping sweat away on the bike, but a strong wind or big bump might knock it lose.

Arrived today. Lol, back it goes. I wouldn’t fault any FOP folks for using this, but for this MOP’er, its def a little too Spaceballs.

Mine arrived too, I look ridiculous and decided to not sell my Aerohead just in case the name calling is too much. On the plus side it’s very comfortable, seems to have great airflow, and the visor doesn’t scrape my cheekbones or ears like the Aerohead.

Where did you manage to track one down that ships to Canada?

We need pictures

Given the rest of what we wear, this is the ridiculous item? Mine arrived today, but I’m out of town so can’t comment yet. As for comfortable, airflow and no scraping - seems like a no-brainer its worth the look… Again, look at the rest of what we wear…

I’m in Aus and mine came the other day too. The buckle is something to get used to not sure if I like that.
But yeh- it’s huge. From an aero standpoint I can see how it is supposed to work - I have broad shoulders and the helmet sits way out to the sides to direct airflow around them.
I’m fomop, say top 15 bike split on a half ironman , I guess does that warrant spaceballs? I say yes…. Yes it does :joy:

Surely this is a troll? You do triathlon because you think it makes you look cool?

Yep after 15+ years here I decided to be a troll. Thanks.

My only regret is that I can’t wear it with a 2 liter bottle down my shirt.

Anyone else find the strap fits really tight. The s/m fits my head nicely but the strap is super tight and doesn’t fully fit over my ears.
