Rudy Project PHOTOchromatic Clear lens experience?

Anyone try these new rudy project lenses??? I am curious if they will darken enough as the sun gets brighter. I usually start my rides in the dark and would like something that gets darker as the sun comes up. here’s a link to it.

Great for sunset or overcast rides, thats all.

Don’t know about the rudy’s but the oakley transistions with the persimmon lenses are great. I use them in SoCal and they’re fine even in bright sunlight and lighten up when the light goes.

I bought a pair of these about two weeks ago, and I love them. From what I’ve noticed, the lenses don’t get terribly dark, but I’ve also had no issues with squinting, glare, etc. Very stylish, durable, and so on. Although I’ve yet to try alternate lenses (not yet available in the states), the Exowind, so far, beats even the Tayo as best sunglasses ever.

I have these for work as well as riding. Have the Rydon, great fit and they are ballistically rated ( stones etc ) Plus they are lifetime warranty on the the lenses. Don’t use them for driving though as they require the UV light to change them.
