I’ve been a big supporter of Rouvy on ST. I found the platform much more stable than Zwift, and the real terrain is more interesting than the cartoon graphics.
Recently, my Training Peaks stopped syncing to Rouvy. I logged in/out and reinstalled/reconnected the apps. Nothing.
So, I contacted support and they told me to do exactly what i had already done.
I told them that didn’t work and they said “We recommend unpair ROUVY (Virtualtraining) from the Training Peaks. It has to be disconnected from both apps. If you have more TrainingPeaks accounts, make sure that you connected the correct one.Try it, please and let us know. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
Again, I told them I did all that and it still is not working. They’ve ghosted me now.
Very disappointing.
