Just got one and am having issues with the power reading freezing constantly. On a ride yesterday the power reading on my Wahoo Element would freeze for around 10-20 seconds before unfreezing.
Any thoughts or suggestions or is it back to the retailer…?
I would call Rotor.
I’d been using it for more than 3K miles and heard about it for the first time… I think you should call Rotor
Have you tried the obvious? Battery charged? Firmware updated? Calibrated via the Rotor app and your Wahoo? This might even be an issue with your Wahoo. I’d also try removing/re-adding the power meter via your Wahoo.

My Canyon Speedmax CFR comes standard with a Rotor Inspider. It’s 6 months old and I have more and more micro-cuts (Rpm / Power), maybe every 10/15’, for 2 or 3", and then it comes back. It must be the Ant+ signal. It’s not the Garmin, because I have the same problem with 2 counters The problem is that it’s more and more frequent.

I had an inspider PM warrantied by Rotor for excessive drops. It was bad, like every few minutes the RPM would go to zero and power to zero. My HRM data would not drop so it wasn’t my Garmin going out. I provided the data to my LBS who gave it to Rotor and they sent out a replacement. No issues since…
