Yep , just my luck…in the swim start queue yesterday for a local olympic and saw bare skin on my right elbow. Checked the Roka warranty page and its 2 years. Wetsuit is three years old and used maybe 20x. Any recommendations to fix? Not ready to hemmorage a wad of cash on a new wetsuit for this little separation.
The seam looks to be complete and intact so most likely a matter of over pulling. Putting too much force while putting it on at just the wrong spot. Most likely nit a warranty issue. But an easy to repair fix.
Call you local wetsuit store or surf store. They’ll either do wetsuit repairs or have the number of someone that can. You can also get home repair kits, but those are better suited for finger nail nicks than anything on the seams IMHO.
I’ve repaired lots of suits during my tenure at QR, Zoot, and Profile Design…
Give these products a go…
If you’re in the US, this is a good little kit . Glue for the seam, and an iron on patch for the inside.I’ve also used Tear Aid in the gold box for last minute repairs. (this is handy stuff to have in your race bag, too…)
PM me if you need more help.

^^^^^This. Glue the seam edges and patch over the jersey seam.
