Anyone like riding their road bike with saddle up and forward or down and back? If you get what I mean 🙈 One works hamstrings more one uses quads.
I tried both and I had higher avg power output being further back and pushing as I feel from behind the pedal, from 2 or 3 o clock position, whereas being too far forward meant I missed out a lot of the pedal stroke and I was weaker, but I used to prefer this position. Can anyone explain? Guess it’s like trying to get a TT positive. But I got fed up of going from road to TT, because I felt like I was starting all over again working different muscles.
