Great show. I still have a miniature of Globey (https://peewee.fandom.com/wiki/Globey) in my car on the dashboard. Globey has survived different cars throughout the years.

Awww, damn. He was a staple in our house when kids were small, with his Sat morning TV show. Loved movies too.
His big offence that crushed his career seems kind of a minor infraction comparatively to today. But when you’re a kids show star, there’s no room for error in that department.

I remember I think his first public appearance after the “scandal” and he had lost his job, all his work, made fun of, blacklisted, etc… MTV had him on the 1991 Music awards. He got a massive standing ovation, everyone chanting his name, and he rolls out with the “Have you heard any good jokes lately” line. I laughed my ass off. He stood there, chin held high and took it all in.
