According to an email from his wife, Nancy, “He died happy after watching the Green Bay Packers win last night. He tested the Packers team when he was a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, and has loved the team ever since.”
I never read any of of his books/manuals (not my flavor of literature, sorry), but I know a few here have

I haven’t read many books in my time, as much as I’ve bought a lot with good intentions. That one did hit all the right places for me.
Have been out of the game for some time and didn’t realise he was still around. Thank you Jack for captivating me during a more active period of my life.
