Ridley Liz SL - help

Does anyone ride a Ridley Liz SL??
My friend has bought a size XS. The stand over height is a little too tall and the reach is a little long. It looks as though she needs the XXS but if you look at the sizing chart the XXS has a steeper seat tube which shortens the top tube but then the reach is longer. The shorter head tube is not an issue because the spacers can just stay under the stem. To me it doesn’t make sense that the reach would be longer (4mm).

Does anybody have an XXS that they could measure from the seat tip to the handlebar?? What length of stem?? Yes I know this will vary depending on saddle and the fore/aft of the saddle but it will give me a general idea.
For what its worth the XS with the stock 80mm stem and approx 5cm set back is 18 inches seat tip to handlebar center.

Thanks in advance!

Most small bikes are poorly designed, I think a lot of riders would be surprised at how little many bike brands know about geometry.
The increased reach makes sense because the stack is so much lower.
Have a look at the Bar XY at the bottom of this table

You can see that for the same stem the XXS requires 21mm more spacers underneath. Once the Bar Y (height) is normalised the bars are 2mm closer on the XXS.
You have to work out whether the 1deg steeper STA will limit getting the saddle in the right place, if that isn’t a problem then the XXS gives a lower standover and that is it.
Wheelbase is the same, HTA virtually the same so handling no different, bar position same

Use the tool shown above (https://app.velogicfit.com/frame-comparison) to compare to something like a Cervelo R3 MKIV (the current one) size 48 for an example of a fairly well designed small bike (much lower standover)
