What I do with my oatmeal is I add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder. Then you can cut up some bananas or apples and put those in. It makes a great meal and is very filling. it does add calories, but it’s still between 400-500. Great for days with heavy workouts planned.
