How much effort is involved and how much should a LBS reasonably charge (for labor) to switch out aerobars for traditional drop down bars?
Thanks in advance,

“labor to switch out aerobars for traditional drop down bars?”
i don’t know the proper labor rate, but it’s not entirely simple if it’s bar-end shifters to STI. that would require rerouting all the cables, new cables and casing, readjusting the derailleurs, and maybe an extra hassle if it’s internal routing with split casings, etc.
not something you can’t do yourself, tho. just time consuming.
probably 60-90 minutes at $50/hr or whatever the shop rate is, not counting new cables, casing, handlebar tape.
How much do you think it would cost for labor to replace front and rear derailer and cranks?
Thanks!
Probably 1 - 1-1/2 hr X going rate, as you will probably want to change cable housing, cables. and maybe tape at the same time. Also get new chain? G
A lot cheaper if you can do it yourself. If that’s not an option get a quote in advance.
