I have been running in these for the last several years. They no longer are making the 14 and I didn’t love the 15. Any suggestions on a replacement, @desert_dude or anyone else in a similar situation? I am size 13 and the 2 local running stores near me don’t have a lot of options in stock to try on. Thanks in advance.
The only difference between the 14 and 15 is 1mm more foam, iirc they changed the foam from Flyte Foam to Blast FF+ and the shoe weighs .3oz more. Which I don’t notice at all.
I’m actually wearing a pair that Asics sent me right now. Thanks Asics! I’m really liking the shoe under my feet. Cushiony, responsive and bouncy. YMMV and I see that it does. Bummer.
I am finding them to be a touch short on my 4th toe, not enough for me to stop wearing them. For running they are fine if you like snug, for dog walking I’d prefer a half size up. I also have really long 3rd & 4th toes, longer than the big toe. It could be my feet vs the shoes.
For replacements, off the top of my head, I might try on the Hoka Mach, Saucony Kinvara, Saucony Endorphin speed, NB rebel, Asics Novablast, Brooks Hyperion Max (maybe). Hope that helps get you started in the right direction
