Replacement battery for Garmin Varia RTL?

I have two years of heavy use on my Garmin Varia RTL 510. Works great but is only giving me about 6 hrs charge now. I have found a video showing the insides and a Garmin battery labelled 361-00116-00 but I can’t seem to find a replacement anywhere online. Its a 3.8V, 5.32Wh, 1400 mAh battery. Seems a shame not to just replace the battery and keep using the unit. Thoughts?

There are a crap ton of replacement batteries available on the interwebs, but pretty much all the ones I have seen are 3.7v, just under 1kmAH. That’ll work, but obviously slightly under the spec of what was in there originally.
