Clearly she felt that triathlon was the other woman and she is getting revenge on the other woman. You need to quickly replace her with a “real” other woman so that she can take it out on the real other woman, rather than triathlon.

Perhaps you should rethink the facebook deletion option. I mean, we’re all human and we make mistakes. Deleting someone from your facebook seems like a pretty stiff punishment.
