Reducing Cda for the broad shouldered

I come from a swim/water polo background and have developed broad shoulders, very broad shoulders.

Don’t have the money for wind tunnel testing, but would like to hear what fitment tricks have worked for others in the past.

So far I’ve head conflicting ideas, either stretch out as much as possible or get as much saddle to bar drop as possible (without reducing aerobic capacity / wattage output).

I have the same problem.
I turtle. Hard.
Superman(ish) position seems to help me a lot, too.
