Red light therapy gimmick or worthwhile?

Anyone have input on this?

I guess some people might call it therapy but I’ve never been into Hookers myself.

Good for…Certain types of skin cancers apparently:

I have a red light panel.

Used it 10 mins every night on a persistent achilles injury. Was doing the usual eccentric loading exercises as well.

I kept trying to come back too soon and re-injuring (had Kona deadline approaching).

Finally healed. Hard to say if the red-light helped as no control.

Not hookers, as far as I knew, nor bona fide Sex Workers, but …

You know the old trope “I’m only doing this to pay for college?” When I was working at The Dolphin Club, I met some girls who were doing just that; two were Engineering students at Drexel, one was studying Law at Temple and another was going for her Masters in English at Penn

The funny thing was that I didn’t learn these details while they were between sets , but from talking with them while running in Fairmount Park

I started reading this post… Without looking to see who it was by. I got to this point:

I said to myself, “self, is this from randy?”

Checks…

Well… I begin the get an inkling at “as far as I knew”…thats one of your characteristic openings. The use of italicized “bona fide” was another clue for sure. “The Dolphin Club” sealed the deal.

I do miss your rotating .sigs.

If I’d started with “Several years ago … nevermind how long” there would’ve been no doubt “here comes Randy”

Had you not written that, I would have asked if you met them at Wizzards at 38th and Chestnut.
