Red Bull Jersey?

Does anyone know where I can get a Red Bull cycling or triathlon jersey? I’m helping a friend train for his first Ironman and he has embraced Red Bull as his new favorite beverage. I’d like to get him a Red Bull jersey but can’t seem to find one on line. Does anyone have any suggestions or inside knowledge of how to get one?

Thanks for your help.

maybe a search on this thread, seems like there was a guy that posts here that was a rep.

blakesky works for redbull, im sure he will have something
.

Unless your name is Tim Deboom, Shawn White, Tony Hawk, Natasha Badmann, etc, etc…

Absolutely 100% unavailable to the public. Only Branded Red Bull Athletes have access to things like water bottles, hats, shirts, etc.

Reps have no access or pull with this sort of thing either… Red Bull has this so locked down! I don’t think you could even find a hat or bottle on Ebay. If you do…it might cost you upwards of a few hundred dollars.

Sorry. Can’t get one because it doesn’t exist. Branded Athletes only have access to a helmet, and a bottle or two. If you see a branded item on ebay it’s fake.

That would explain why I can’t find any jerseys!

Thank you for your feedback.

Or The Sergio ; )
.

sure sounds like a good money maker. even Mr. Jelly Belly has a jersey.

Phhhtt…if you find out please pass the word around. A red bull jersey…that’s huge!!

If you don’t mind me asking, what is it exactly that you do for Red Bull?

New York has a Red Bull Soccer team, that is the closest thing to getting one unless you find their stuff from Thailand (no jerseys though).

As for me, I am in search of the legendary Red Bull Belt Buckle. Keau

I saw Tim DeBoom with that at IMAZ.

Coolest piece of fashion equipment ever. If I had one I would wear it with a suit!!!

Actually I’ve parted ways with RedBull. I guess I should update my info on the site. I worked for the marketing dept here in NJ. Best 3 years of work ever.

Haha… Belt buckle?! I’ve managed to get a few pretty cool items along the way, but the really neat stuff like Helmets, Armbands, buckles, hats… well… that, NO ONE can get. Even the guys running Red Bull.

As for “money making” by selling jerseys… well, they don’t have to. It’s a privately owned company, with no one to answer to. Why make more money when you’re already a billionare. Have fun, enjoy life, and use your cash to have the best years of your life.

Love RedBull, Hate it, whatever. They’ll always find a way to surprise you. THey definately don;t fit the mold for what a buisness should be… and I can only hope that their family of friends, athletes and supporters grows bigger with time.

I talked to the Red Bull rep here in Philly about getting a helmet, and he basically said that it was impossible. Maybe you know him, Ryan Tompson?

What’s the deal with the helmets? I’ve seen Natascha Badmann in an LG, a Giro, and an LAS, and i’ve seen DeBoom in a Rudy P and a Bell. Does Red Bull make them and give their athletes the choice, or do the athletes specify which brand they’re going to use?

Helmets are used to identify a sponsored athlete. Even though many athletes may have assosiations with the brand, like some of the pros here on ST, only a fully sponsored athlete can wear a branded helmet. The company stands behind one thing only, the product they make. If you want to identify yourself with the company, you don’t have to travel further than a a cold can of Red Bull. So if your expecting to find someone rocking random RB shwag… well simply put… it’s not their style.

Helmet are branded by RB. So if athlete XYZ is a Giro athlete, RB will brand the helmet themselves. Just like all the little RB cars… they buy them and repaint them personally… they don’t outsourse any of that. Then when the helmet gets old the athlete returns it, it is destroyed and a new one is given.

When my time working for them was up I gave back all branded items, would i have liked to have kept them? Not really… I get the company and don’t mind not having random stuff because i know I can call on them any day… that’s more important than any T-Shirt. I imagine their athletes feel the same.
