According to this “my” average cup of coffee has 212. (french press, strong, 12 oz mug).
It’s apples to oranges. They compare it with regular sodas. They should be comparing it with RockStar, AMP, Monster, etc.

I remember reading somewhere that Red Bull is actually limited by law to 80mg/8oz. If that’s true, I’d expect all the Red Bull clones to have the exact same amount of caffeine.
Besides, Red Bull is for wimps. Just wash down a handfull of No-Doz with a venti Starbucks coffee…
Here in Denmark Red Bull is illegal because there’s too much caffeine in it.
Since we are on the topic…got to show off the new helmet. Go Red Bull! Sorry Tom Z.
Have you ever tried Go Fast Energy drink? It is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. They flavor it with Australian honey, so you don’t get the jitters from the rise in your blood sugar.
The company totally supports triathletes, cyclist, and frankly anything that can go fast. I have been drinking it for a year now, and have never had any stomach problems before a race. Go Fast light is tasty too.
Check it out…
