Hi,
Looking into CEP pro recovery tights which are pricey $150. Also looking into just full compression leg tights as opposed to socks like these: http://www.runningwarehouse.com/RecoFit_Leg_Compressors/descpage-RECLC.html
Any thoughts? I can’t imagine there is much difference between the two in terms of effectiveness.
I can’t speak for either of those two products but if you choose the off brand, I would like to know what you think about them. I’ve often wondered about the off brand compression products.
Two suggestions I would make, if you can find them in your price range, get the full pants instead of the tights. I had problems with the tights staying where I wanted them to be. I have a pair of 2XU compression pants and love them. Also, if you want your legs to feel brand new after every workout get a set of recovery boots. My bike shop up here in CO has a brand called Elevated Legs that have the same pressure rating as Normatec MVP’s but for a third of the price. http://92fifty.com/component/virtuemart/elevated-legs-detail
Check out ameswalker.com . They stock compression stuff for the senior set, so there are many reasonably-priced options (I go for the $15 20-30mmHg Coolmax socks for recovery). You can almost always find a code for free shipping.
I got the 2xu recovery tights. Dig them. Got medium
