Record streaming radio for ipod?

There’s a great radio show Saturday nights that also streams over the Web. I’d like to capture it for my ipod, but can’t figure out the methodology. Is there shareware available for this? Would the quality be good compared to itunes or other MP3s? Too frustrated to try to figure this out any longer. Thanks for any expertise on the subject.

Thanks for the tip. I tried that route the other night, but only found audio stream rippers allowing you to connect to listed IceCast/Shoutcast servers/broadcasters and save the streaming audio to one or more MP3 files. I did a search in these programs but couldn’t find the station I wanted to record (http://www.931thelake.com/) . Do you know of a specific program that will record any streaming station, not just one of the stations listed? Or will these do that?

I have used this to record to .wmv I bet you could use iTunes to convert it for your iPod
