Hard to tell from the pictures, but I’m assuming the hanger is screwed on. I am also assuming you tried FujiBike.com since it’s on the chainstay and they made the bike. If it is screwed on, I’d take the two hanger pieces to either your LBS and ask if they know of a local frame repair co, or take it to a local machine shop to see how much to just weld and possibly add a small brace to the hanger. Derailuer looks fine from here, just need hanger. I suppose if the hanger is not bolted on, you could still have it welded, this route will not likely be real pretty but at least you’ll be back on the road. Also make sure you get it welded by a professional, I’m guessing thats aluminum and not just any hill-jack with a Lincoln stick welder can fix it.
Hope that helps,
Kevin

Call Fuji and ask for Frank in the warranty dept.
They have plenty in stock.
