Rasmussen has stated that the tour was stolen from him. He says that if given the opportunity, he will be at the start line next year. What do you think his chances are of getting back with a team and defending his title? (OH wait, thats right, he didn’t win.)
IMHO If he does get the chance to race the Tour, it may be tough to hold him back seeing that he wants to be vindicated.

I get it now, Disco is like the Yankees. They make controversial signings, they have lots of money, they win a lot. When they don’t win everyone says, “HAHA, oh my god how could they not win, look what they have.” And when they do win everyone says, “Big deal, it doesn’t matter, they bought that title.”
Everyone hates them but sort of secretly wishes they were them.
