can’t help you with this bike. But Radon in general has been around for a long time. I own a Radon Hardtail which is great value for money. Service is good for a direct to consumer brand (at least in my n=2 experience with Radon bikes). Maybe this helps a little. They have a “superstore” in the Cologne area in Germany where you can test ride pretty much their entire fleet.

Hi, thanks for that review and sharing your experience with the brand. Despite you thinking you couldn’t help, you did. I have one more piece of information that what I had a few hours ago which was zero. Thinking I will get a bike fit and take the plunge on it, it was between this bike and a Cube Agree with mechanical Ultegra and I can’t pass up SRAM Rival wireless for that price point. Its too good to pass up for sure.
