Race Sat; first swim in three years......so what do I need to remember

After 15 years of racing, I quit swimming three years ago. I guess I came to the conclusion that i just really didnt enjoy swim training. Been running and riding since, doing a few Du’s and a few running road races. So I decided a few days ago, what the hell, Ill go do a tri again. Trying to remember how Ill feel about half way throught he swim. Had to dig out my swim goggles, thet rubber was all cracked on the strap, hope they dont snap half way through. No wetuit either , lake too warm, Damn.

Try to remember to not be a troll…
