Nice job, congrats!

Congrats! Great race report too!

Love the report…and I love the “how I want to look” caption and picture…I’m not a woman and I’d like to look like that too (well, while I am running)!!!

Thanks. Now that I have the first one under my belt, the next order of business is to get faster at that distance.

Congratulations! Nice report and full of good writing. Love that course. Good luck.

Kirsten - Great Race report! Very entertaining and funny! Happy to have seen you again before the race. Seems like you learned a lot from the race…we’ll see you in 2015!

I was also there, it was a perfect day, perfect venue, great course with some challenges, (last 12 miles of bike course and first and last 3K of run course I had a desire to hurt someone) but the rest was amazing. Very nice job, great re-cap. Maybe I will see you at the Big George Tri in September (home town race) come on, you built your base, your ready for it, perfect amount of recovery then hit it hard to build speed…Hehe, my attempt to motivate myself. Good luck and remember you are changing the future of those two little girls by the example you set, trust me 9 years into my triathlon career with now a 14 and 16 yo daughters, they are impacted by the habits we keep.

Hey, David! Great to see you too. It was definitely a learning experience. I was disappointed with my time, but since it was my first half (and I’ve never done an Oly… Only sprint type stuff) I didn’t really have a baseline for what to expect racing at this distance. I keep telling myself at least I finished.
