I went to a store to pick up one of the large ones today. They had two in stock and both seemed like left compression strap is an inch lower than the right side. Is this a defect or all of them come like this?
I just checked mine, and they look to be even… but mine is 2 years old.

Which bag and which straps do you mean? I have the Zoot Sports Tri Bag (as opposed to the Zpack training bag) and the side straps look pretty even on mine.
got mine last year and love it. straps are even. are your shoulders straight?? jk
