On a 130, the smallest ring I’m aware of is a 38. There was a company about 15 years ago that made a 37, but they’re breaking and quickly stopped being made.
39T is the smallest that 130BCD is designed for. I’ve used 38T, but at that size you sometimes get chain contact with the spider or chainring bolts…
