I’m taking a big leap on buying a QR Tequilo from a guy while not having ridden one. Seems to be a good deal, but even if it doesn’t work out I can probably dump it for what I get it for.
I am looking at the stack/reach charts and they appear more than doable compared to my TTX medium which was actually lacking in a bit of reach for me and also stack…a Large would have fit me perfectly in the TTX.
However, when I see pics of some QR’s they all appear to have insane amounts of drop…this makes me think I don’t understand stack and reach one freaking bit…that or everyone who rides a QR has a pro setup!
Are there any of you guys out there in the Large/58cm frame size with some pics of your setups? Would love to look at one and if you could tell me the corresponding saddle height.
I ride very steep and have a saddle height of 810, nose to arm rest back of 473, saddle nose 3.5cm behind bb(but ride way off the nose)…and ride 6cm of drop. I’m just trying to glean what I can off of a very non-scientific approach to buying a frame sight unseen…and realize that ain’t the smartest way, but want to get off my road cycborg as it is comfortable, but handles like poopy with all the weight on the front right now.
