Can somebody please tell me what is the lime green sock on the flashing QR banner …bottom of this forum page? It has been puzzling me for a week and now it bothers me that I dont know what it is.
It’s not a sock. It’s the forearm panel on a SuperFull wetsuit.

It flashes so quick that I have not been able to recognize it. Maybe that was the marketing goal because I even clicked on it but did not find answer.

Thank you. I thought of posting this very same question but was afraid I’d come out looking like an idiot, more so than usual. I’ve tried to figure it out as well. Are they using amputees in their ads?? And with no info on the website, I think they need to rehire Herbert to teach them a few things about marketing. It’s one thing to create interest in a product, it’s quite another to be so vague as to be annoying. And slow the flash down for cryin out loud. No wonder ADD is rampant ; )
It looks like the pulling surface on the inside of the sleeve or the bottom of the leg.

I just got my QR Superfull and the forearm panel on my suit is black without the green pattern. Has anyone else seen this? Is my suit a demo or something? I emailed QR and received no response.

The original design did not have the green panel there. Some suits were made without the green color. Talk to the vendor who you purchased from. You MAY be able to swap. I have the one with the green color. There is no functional difference between the two suits.
It took me a while to figure it out and there’s been a couple of other threads posted on this exact question. Do you think it was a QR design or just a mistake. I mean they could either design the photo that way to intrigue and get people to ask or it was simply a photo layout mistake on their part. I’ve been curious about their intent since my first glance and I wasn’t sure what the hell it was. It sure has generated more attention then any other banner/advertisment on this board though.
I couldn’t figure out what it was, either. At first, I thought it looked like a really decorative maxipad.
No offense to anyone, but I gotta say, I’m not real into QRs new branding. For one, it looks way too much like OR’s logo.

Actually, I can see it now. The hand is to the left. Problem was that the black of the wetsuit to the right blended into the background. Poor photo editing skills IMHO.
The first batch had black forearms (as does mine) and the ones after had the green forearm. No functional difference, only looks.
