Has anyone had any traction with Purely Custom website/sale of items of late? Some fitters I knew had direct email contacts but they don’t seem to be replying either. I just want to purchase “New bike fit cranks- 130-185mm” and a bunch of saddle wall hangers but it’s proving impossible as website won’t allow me to purchase and keeps timing out. Any help would be much appreciated 
Yeah I haven’t successfully been able to place online orders for things in a while. Best to call on the phone unfortunately. My last main contact there was Cash, but then he always seemed busy and then was always relegated to a newer young hire whose name I cannot recall
