I just went to a sport chiropractor today he seems very good he used a pulsed electromagnetic field therapy machine on me for about 8 min on my back and groin area, as I am not familiar with this machine I was wondering if any other people out there have received any benefit from using one, does it really do any good?. Thanks LA Rob
I had a PT use it on my knee once. I asked what it was and how it worked. It was obvious in his countenance while he talked that he thought it was bullshit and didn’t work.
tried it an its a bunch of BS. i see people selling these devices for $6k… the world of selling crap is very profitable
Three clues that should set off your bullshit detector:
- A chiropractor uses it
- Dr. Oz sells them
- The FDA classifies them as “wellness devices”

This is all you really need to know. If that snake oil merchant is behind it, then it’s BS.
Appreciate all the responses I guess I got a good con job there, the way he explained it sounded plausible but as I say I had never heard of it before, but I wanted to know if anyone here had any experience regarding them so thank you for letting me know the modern day snake oil is still out there. Cheers LA Rob
