any recs on good indoor pools in Boulder?

This time of year the Boulder Rec centers have pretty good access. You can get a day pass, 10 pack or season pass at reasonable prices.

North Boulder Rec Center
East Boulder Rec Center

In addition to the above options, if you want a near guarantee of your own lane South Boulder rec is deserted most of the time.
