Profile Jammer GT - Help!

I’m looking to fit my spare Profile ‘Jammers’ to my winter/trainer bike.

Unfortunately the winter bike has NON OVERSIZE bars so I’ll need shims to do this - Does anyone make such a thing and where can I get them?
