Anyone know if the Ergo+ or the Ergo armrest are compatible with the old j2 bracket (think about 10-15 years ago) OR if you need an entirely new bracket as well?

The bolt spacing has stayed the same. I would have liked to ditch the random 18.5mm side spacing in favour of 15mm but decided that backwards compatibility was more important.
The thing to watch out for is that using the full capacity of Ergo/+ to go wider could load the J2 bracket beyond what it can handle and lead to the pads angling down.
But if you have your aerobars working with F19 or F35 pads and keep the pad width the same there should be no issue.
