When I first got into cycling in 2001, I ordered some cycling clothes, socks, bottles from them. I had the “pricepoint” brand clothes due to being cheaper and in college at the time. I thought it was good quality and they got my orders right all the time.
I’ve bought some stuff from them. I think they’re actually a pretty big mail vendor and you see their ads in various mountain bike magazines. I think they’re fine.
They are a very reputable online seller and often ship orders out the same day.

Glad to know they are reputable. I ordered something almost 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shown up. Priority mail from Cali to Hawaii usually doesn’t take that long. I’ll keep waiting.

Check with them. They should have used either Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation. Typically, when Priority shipments take that long to Hawaii, they’ve attempted delivery and you weren’t home, so it’s sitting at your PO. We have that happen all the time with shipments from my company to customers in Hawaii and most of the time the postman/woman doesn’t leave a notice so the customer never knows the package is sitting at their PO.
Delivery confirmation will show if a delivery attempt has been made.
