Upgrades include: Shimano Ultegra SL pedals ($100+), Fizik Arione black/red saddle ($140), FSA SLK-light carbon cranks ($400), carbon water bottle cages ($75), a different Ritchey stem, Ultegra chain, ultegra front derailleur, Fizik red handlebar tape. Downtube-mounted mini pump also included. I can also include a Thompson forward seatpost ($90) in case you want to add clip-ons and get a tri geometry out of it. It has more than a few miles on it, but is in VERY GOOD condition.
