Press fit bottom bracket/octalink?

I have a Stevens xenon bike and a wired srm v pro octalink, The bottom bracket on the Stevens is press fit style I’m wondering is it possible to make the octalink bb fit onto the bike?

Pretty sure the answer is No. There are no threads on bottom bracket shell to screw in the Octalink.

is there some type of insert available to buy, that will fit in the same way that as the press fit but would have threads on the inside to allow octalink to fit??

There are adapters available for fitting cranksets that utilize an external bearing assembly to a BB30 (and probably BB86) press fit bottom bracket, but not for fitting another bottom bracket into the press fit shell. The octalink would probably be too narrow to fit into the shell, adapter or not.

cheers

If it is BB86, no, it is not possible as the crank arms fit closer than 86mm at their attachment point. They’d bottom out on the frame.
If it is PF30, or the press-fit BB30 style, then yes, it can be made to work.
I’m afriad I’m not very familiar with the Stevens frame design. Can you post some photos?
