I’ve been taking the Vega pre-workout energizer and it has helped, especially early morning workouts. It has 100mg of caffeine. Others products I have seen have up to 250mg of caffeine- too much??
For me more than 100-150mg and I’m pissing every 10 minutes, so 250 would be out of the question.
I often have 250 with no issues. However, I also drink a lot of coffee.
deffinatly not too much, if it works for you. Just be aware that consistantly using it will raise your tolerance to caffeine
Before early morning workouts I go for 400mg and am fine with it.
…can you see noises yet?..that’s my “too much” state…
cheers

haha!
If you get super jittery, feel chest pains, rapid heartbeat, or you feel like you are going to jump out of your skin … well it’s too much.
I’m pretty sensitive to caffeine. If I have a cup of coffee in the afternoon, I’ll be up all night. Somehow the training plans that I make at 3am In my head make little sense the next day.
It seems like consumption is all over the map based on prior caffeine use and personal tolerance.

hey there
whats the volume for the 100 mg? diet Coke contains 45 mg per 12 oz can so 100 mg isn’t some crazy number.
if you can do it without GI issues AND if it fires up your workout, i say go for it.
I drink about 4 cups of coffee during my swim workout in the morning. I think its great Donno why you would pay extra when coffee is awesome enough.
