Anyone in ST land have a Joule 3.0 and have problems transferring workouts created in PowerAgent to the device? I have a Mac, have the latest firmware and SW updates for the Joule and PowerAgent but just can’t seem to get the workout I created in PowerAgent to transfer onto the device so I can have custom power resistance on the 400 Pro spin bike. TIA.
If annoy one is interested I called Saris to ask about this. They were stumped so we decided I would try and load PowerAgent in a Windows partition on my Mac and see if that worked. I created a test workout and it transferred fine. I emailed Saris back and they sent me a unreleased new Mac version to try. I loaded that and could not get it to transfer my existing workout so I created a new test workout and that worked. The difference between the two workouts was my original one had 20 intervals and the test only had 4 so i suspect it’s a bug with the number of intervals. We agreed I would try to create smaller and smaller workouts until we found where it works and where it doesn’t. In the process of doing that my Mac decided to take a shit on me and is now at the Genius bar getting repaired. I’ll report back once we’ve isolated the glitch.
Should have bought a PC.
(sorry, having simmilar joys trying to get my Quarq to work via the Joule 2.0, and may slap the next person that tells me to get a garmin or assumes I’ve an iphone to be able to run the diagnostics).
Hope you get it sorted, and I suppose this itterative testing comes as part of the ‘beta’ software.
