Power Phase - Cycling Dynamics

Hi, just came from a test ride on the Roth course (1 loop).
I have recently acquired Vector 3 pedals and I noticed this on my Garmin Connect.

I can’t however translate this information into something that I can improve. What’s the ideal here with regards to the power phase?

It looks like that is where the majority of your power is relative to the pedal stroke (circle). Try pulling up on the recover phase to see if it changes. Pioneer gives you actual force applied at each part of the stroke.
