I to date have not had any real or serious issues with my V3 pedals - I have read some things with people having some issue with them however. In my experience Garmin ultimately makes it right and chances are they have a lot more product on the market than other company’s so there is more opportunity for them to be scrutinized.
My pedals link just fine, read power just fine and update/calibrate just fine. I have used them on my Trainerroad and multiple different head units at this point. I cannot comment on the battery life but I can say that I have had mine for over 40 days without any battery issues yet.

It took me a long time to get the Vector 3’s and I’ve got well over 1K miles on them. I’ve run them in conjunction with a PT hub all the time.
The vectors are very consistent. They generally run 5-10 watts high of the PT. As close as 2-3 watts. There’s variation there, but they seem quite consistent. And that’s calibrating both units at the same time and multiple times during a ride.
I’ve had almost zero issues ever in terms of glitches. I think I’ve seen 2 times where it says it’s not reading a pedal, but i’ve never seen a big wattage drop. I have zero complaints with the pedals thus far. I’ll probably put 15K road and gravel on them this year so will be a good test!

Setup was super easy. No calibration problems and maybe 2-3 short dropouts in 30+ hours of riding which is probably due to my ANT+ dongle being too far away.
I’ve had my Assioma pedals for a couple months now. Super easy to move between bikes. Battery lasted about 50 hours before needing to charge and I like to that the battery is rechargeable. However I am still getting used to the cleats after so many years using Shimano.
I have the vector 3s. I know there have been numerous posts about problems, but (*knock on wood) I’ve never had a problem with mine. The battery life does appear to be shorter than advertised (advertised at up to 120 hours with LR44 batteries). Since I started using them in December, I’ve changed the batteries twice (170miles in December, 206 miles in January, 262 miles in February and 236 miles in March…so not very high mileage). The bike stays on my trainer so there’s no chance of GPS sensing movement and automatically turning on.

I have the Favero BePro and was about to order the Vector 3 as they finally have become available where I live.
After reading that forum, I’ll be ordering the Assioma.
Not that there is anything wrong with the BePro, they’ve been excellent.
Favero customer here. I got them 2 weeks ago and am loving them. Nothing to report. Works as it should. No issues.
As I understand, the tradeoff between the two is paying a bit more to have the pods internal on the Garmin. If you don’t mind them, then buy Favero, if not buy Garmin.
Also, I would recommend saving up and getting the dual sided option. If you have a power imbalance that changes as you fatigue (we all do) or change intensity, then its less accurate (they both will be). Though budget is budget.
The sleek form factor of the V3 is pretty sweet, but the Assioma is rock solid. Favero did an amazing job with it. Just super durable and reliable. The previous bePRO was also really good, just a bit quirky to install, and this was fixed with the Assioma. It’s also $200 less and more available than the V3.
I have the favero pedals. I like them so much that I am considering buying my wife a pair. They are pretty solid.

I received a pair of Assiomas a few weeks ago and have been using them since. Zero problems. Power lines up nicely with my Direto and they’re easy to set up and use. Still adjusting a bit to the cleat system (coming from SPD-SLs), but that’s the same with any pedal-based system.
My Favero BePro pedals (the prior iteration) are still going strong. I’ve never had any problems with them.

I’m not going to say there aren’t problems (because I’d be wrong) but a company utilizing a support forum always magnifies problems. On one hand its great to get a fix by just looking at the forum, on another you air out alot of dirty laundry which may seem to be the norm but is not.
Companies that are tight lipped and suppress customer support by only allowing email do a much better job of hiding problems.
That being said, my next PM I’m leaning towards Favero, because it seems to be great quality and its made in the Veneto.
You can’t judge a product by a support forum. ALL products will have complaints on a support forum. No one that is satisfied will go there.
I’ve had my Vector 3’s Since October and they have been great. No real issues so far. I bought a ton of batteries, so I’m good there and that is probably the only real service I do on the pedals.
+1 for Favero. I got my Assioma Duo a few weeks ago and have had zero problems.

I just can’t get over the name. Every time I read ASSIOMA I think of butt disease. Like “The doctor had to remove some ASSIOMAs the other day”
20% during May and November sale.
So Favero says “Original” Keo cleats are compatible with the Assioma. What are “Original” Keo cleats? I’ve been using the Keo with the same cleat for probably 6 years. Before that there was Delta I believe. Is there a newer Keo cleat? I have a pair of Classic and Max Keo pedals. Did run my Keo cleats in the Assioma on my first ride with the pedals, and it didn’t feel right. Left pedal was reasonable, but right wiggled all over the place, yet was difficult to clip out. Granted, these Keo cleats have seen plenty of miles, so they weren’t new in that sense, but they’re on a pair of shoes that I only use inside, so they’re not beat to crap either. Used the Favero included cleats on my second ride, and was much better, but still seemed a bit mushy when clipping in and out. Not as crisp as the Keo/Keo combo. Was hoping to just use my old Keo cleats since I have Keo pedals on all my other bikes, and matching cleats on 3-4 pairs of shoes.
