Had a bike fit awhile ago and fitter recommended 4mm pedals to help everything track properly on my pedal stroke. This helped alleviate a lot of the pain and discomfort that I had. Looking into power meter pedals but would need to maintain this 4mm extended axel. Are there any current options on the market or aftermarket accessories that could accomplish this without messing up the metrics of the power meter? I’ve been looking at the P1, Vector 3, and Assioma(sp?) ones.
Anyone?
I know that Garmin makes a cartridge kit that allows you to convert Vector pedals from Look Keo to Shimano Ultregra. It may be possible to use this kit to convert the Vectors to the +4mm Ultregra pedals, but I’m not positive. Best to call Garmin technical support and confirm. Their phone support is actually very good. It would be an expensive proposition though, as you’d have to buy the Vectors + the cartridge kit + a pair of Ultregra +4mm pedals.
Are you wedded to the idea of having the powermeter in the pedals? It may well be cheaper and a whole lot less hassle to get yourself some +4mm Shimano pedals and a crank based power meter.

Thanks I’ll look into this. I already have a pair of the Ultegra 4mm pedals so I’d just need the Vector’s + cartridge kit if it is a solution.

I’ve got 4mm Shimano pedals currently. If I go with crank based, I’ll need entire new chain ring and crank as my current one isn’t applicable with any. This was the original solution I looked into but the pedals are more appealing as I can swap from bike to bike.
Any possibility that washers/spacers would potentially work?

Washer will help, but likely only get you 2mm.
By chance, can you move your cleats in any?
I wouldn’t try to get 4mm of axle washers on the pedal axle. I don’t think you’d have enough threads engaging the crank threading and you’ll be asking for issues.
