My Forerunner 255S and Garmin Connect app both have metric units set. When i save an activity to Strava, results are posted in metric (km and m). Yet when LiveTrack recipients open the link they see distance in miles, avg speed in mph and elevation in feet. I cannot find an answer to this. Is it just the way it is with LiveTrack?
I think you change it when viewing. For me at least, there a little drop down in the upper right corner that lets you pick between the three Garmin options (metric, statute, and statute UK)
