Nope…Dave has it right, and it’s because we’re talking about time savings over a fixed distance (not speed increases). In short, Cadel has more savings per second, but there’s less seconds that he’s on the course. It’s a bit counterintuitive, but it’s reality…and thats why when people say that aero savings aren’t “worth it” for the average AG’er going slower than a top pro I just have to chuckle to myself a bit

I think Superdave pointing out the frame differences is interesting. Evans is riding a rebadged bike, who knows why they didn’t rebadge a P2C or at least a P2k.
Though this whole debate becomes especially moot if you consider the fact that both are riding tubulars instead of say vf clinchers.
