In addition to the Fairchild AFB pool, the downtown YMCA has a nice pool with 2-3 lanes set up for swimming most of the day. I swam at both of these pools when I was out in Spokane on AF duty recently and they’re both pretty nice indoor short course pools. Both gyms also of course have spin bikes, treadmills, etc.

Too bad you’re not here in the summer. Beautiful outdoor pool downtown. As for swimming now, the YMCA downtown and in the valley both have decent indoor pools.
