Anybody knows of a pool in Greensboro to workout, even better, let me know if you know of a masters program. I’ll be spending Wednesday and Thursday there and would not like to miss training.

check the USMS website, http://www.usms.org/ when I coached at High Point Swim Club, I remember Greensboro Swim Assoc had a masters team. I think one of the Y’s did as well.

We just got a new coach for our masters program at the Bryan (downtown) YMCA. I have not met her yet, but we have been meeting at 6:00, ok… really 6:05 to 7:15 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and sometimes Fridays for quite some time. Three of us are training for IM FL this fall. Here you go, come join us:
