As the title states, I’m looking for a small rec center or indoor pool somewhere near Tysons Corner (McLean, Vienna etc) that’s walking or driving distance for a lunchtime swim. Some gyms in the area, but my office has a free gym so all I need is just a pool and shower.
Any suggestions?
Keep this link saved to your computer, you’ll never have trouble finding a pool again.

try Spring Hill Rec Center, 1239 Spring Hill Road McLean, Virginia 703-827-0989, it’s about 5 minutes from Tysons Galleria. It’s a large indoor pool with about 10 lanes, it’s decent, they do charge if you don’t live in the county, i think it’s around 9 bucks per visit.
Or, you could go to Sport and Health Tysons or Equinox Tysons, they both have small lap pools.
Awesome. Thanks for the info. I’m going to try and get some info on it tomorrow. I’ve looked at sport and health an equinox, but they’re pretty expensive just for a pool. If I didn’t already have a free gym in my office then it would be a different story.
i thought sport and health has a pool?
Springhill Rec at lunchtime (noon-ish) during the week is a good choice—as in not busy!!

Not super cheap but if you are in the area on a regular basis you could check out the pass packages (something 25 visits or something like that…)
In Vienna there is a 50m indoor called Oak Mawr rec:
