However, a bigger computer 1050 I am thinking to make an alloy mount that will attach like this , It will allow angle adjust as well

then its lower than the botttle? how will that affect your line of vision? If directly in front in line with bottle you will have a better vision and not looking down as much. Can I ask how its mounted now/ pic?
A variant on that; using a GoPro-style mount and extender arm. Some of the parts already exist, so less upfront tooling or machining.
