Would appreciate comments/reviews from anyone using one or both of these. I’m not really interested in the GPS or SD add-ons, but would like to know the difference in features, etc. Thx.
Wow, missed this one. Well, with repect to your original post about not being interested in SD/GPS, I would say the RS300x downloads much easier to our improved free on line service www.polarpersonaltrainer.com via the flowlink which is not included and not MAC compatible. all you have to do is place the watch on the FLowlink and it pulls that data to our webservice, no button pushing. If you not interested in this feature, grab a RS200, you may be able to find a deal. Hope this helps
For others who might be interested new features would be speed related, like mph available via GPS and ability to switch to min/mile, avg pace on the watch.

Hi,
Can the FT80 do the same as the RS300x SD for running, if you add the S1 foot pod?
Also, if the rs200 doesn’t support flowlink and the online service, can it track the same to a pc instead?
Thanks much!
Mat
The FT80 will provide speed/pace and distance. The RS200 will provide speed/pace and distance and allow you to set up intervals intervals based on distance and pace. The RS200 will download with the Weblink interface and your computers microphone to polarpersonaltrainer.com
